Hi, I’m Charles Kaye, an Academic (Social Scientist). A few months ago, I decided to take a leap — and apply for the EB2-NIW on my own. No expensive lawyers. No middlemen. Just real research, real writing, and countless hours figuring out what USCIS really wants. It wasn’t easy — but it worked. I want to help you do the same!

When I begun researching about employment based visas, I realized something: there are thousands of talented researchers (especially within the social science field), professionals, and extraordinary individuals who qualify for an EB2-NIW or EB1-A but feel stuck because they can’t afford a lawyer or don’t have access to proven step-by-step guides out there to help them navigate the process.  Others have been made to believe that EB2-NIW and EB1-A petitions are reserved or overwhelmingly favor STEM professionals, so there’s no point trying. It is not surprising that many exceptional social scientists avoid the EB2-NIW and EBA-1 routes because of such misconception. People like you are the reason why I developed this platform.
